Rodeway Inn Hagerstown

During a 10 day stay, the quality of service varied. Sometimes the room was made up and other times not. There were periods of time when no one was available at the front desk.

was not happy at all with hotel. hard to find. part of clarion but has different address and sign for it isn't even out front to be seen. wall of shower has mold on it and had to have the room key programmed twice. also saw people with a dog in the hallway. am allegic to dogs and cats and don't believe they monitor the place. dog was not a special needs animal. clerk was not able to answer question about hotel.

The microwave n fridges in rooms for the cheap prices. It was clean n cleaning ladies were very polite. I had left my necklace n when we wemt back, the cleaning lady had found it and turned it into the office manager. It, still nice tpto knoww there is still nice, honest ppl these days.

Our tv was small and tv remote didnt work. Plus the aitconditionor wS loud! Lol

Motel was hidden from the road with no signage. Rooms had a funky smell, beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were deplorable. I would never stay there again.

Price, location, comfort. Was allowed to check in very early, which accommodated an unusual schedule.

Normal hotel for its money. Smelly halls.

It smelled awful and the bathroom was very outdated. We had to ask to change rooms because the first room we were in was dirty and very unpleasant to be in.

not much of anything, beds were wore out with major dips in mattresses, refridgerator was filthy and the racks rusted, wifi didnt work 50% of the time, place had a musty smell

The Staff were very attentive and helpful. The price was reasonable with parking conveniently located near entrance. Not a complaint, just an observation that improved signing would really assist those new to the area and in the dark trying to find the hotel.

Difficult to find given the present configuration of the newly rennovated Clarrion being incorporated with the older Express. Didn't seem to be any signage at roadway to indicate Expess is somewhat hidden in the back. Even when you drive by sign is not that noticeable.

The price. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. There is a guest laundry and pool.

The breakfast was not worth the additional 5 dollar per person charge for each night's stay. The dais on sinks and tub drained very slowly. The walls were stained.

The price is fair and you can use the amenities of the Clarion Hotel (swimming pool, fitness room).

As the breakfast is paid, it should be better. Other hotels have the same kind of breakfast complementary. There is no photos of the rooms and this is important when you are choosing a hotel.

Price ,very good value , after all you are only staying for a few hours

The sign for the hotel off the road reads as Clarion Hotel,Owners have not made the change to the new name???????????? Took us a half hour to finally clue in to that effect.Directions to the hotel should read that they are located on the south side of the highway and maybe explain the name Clarion on the side of the highway

The Staff was very helpful, friendly. I really loved the pool and the use of the ice machine as well. Shower was nice and hot and beds nice and warm.

Place had an "aroma" that permeated the entire building.

The sign at the road was not there so very difficult to find the place. When we told the front desk they said everyone told them that. So put up a temp sign, how hard is that to figure out. Card board and a crayon would have given us a clue, even a street number would have helped. We later found out the wind knocked the sign down a while ago.
